Construction of part single, part two storey extension to provide 10 ancillary letting rooms; re-arrangement of internal floorspace including partial demolition of an internal wall, to provide access to proposed reception and lounge area; and restaurant extension of kitchen and restaurant areas; and provision of beer garden, and associated landscaping; and provision of off street parking.

How to reorder or group rows
Click on a column heading for the ability to sort the ‘group’ listing in ascending or descending order by using the up/down arrows. This is useful to sort by ‘name/organisation’.
