Variation of conditions 2, 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 of application 10/0987 to enable commencement of works on part of site prior to submitting additional information in relation to contamination, ground gas and tree works or undertaking works to protect existing trees, and to allow the removal of 3 lime trees and the replacement of existing retaining wall.
