Mixed species, boundary trees as shown on sketch plan; 1) Stock fence: selected spot pruning to a maximum height of 3m above the ground to facilitate installation of fence posts; 2) Boundary line wire: removal of occasional lower branches and side stems to facilitate rolling out of wire, attaching wire at intervals to tree stems with fencing staples; the staples will not be driven in completely to allow wire to run through; Reasons: To allow the historic ownership boundaries to be re-established following the termination of the lease, which will in turn allow the development of site in accordance with permission 17/0263 and; secondly provide a temporary stock fence to enable development work to proceed without stock from neighbouring land entering the site; TPO No 184, 2017, Land to the east of White House Farm, Kirkby Stephen.
