The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this decision. Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: «Approved_Plan_Numbers» Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning. |
The development hereby permitted shall be constructed entirely of materials details of which are shown on plan No. 662/02 Proposed floor, elevation and location plan, received 04/07/2024. The approved materials shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: To ensure the development is of a high quality design. |
