Condition (1) The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning. |
Condition (2) The materials to be used for the external surfaces of the development hereby approved shall be:
Walls - Render & Opaque glazed screen (West Elevation)
Walls - Random stone facing (North Elevation)
The approved materials shall be retained thereafter, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the development is of a high quality design in accordance with Policy DM2 of the Development Management Policies Development Plan Document and Policy CS8.10 of the South Lakeland Core Strategy. |
Condition (3) Notwithstanding the provisions of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification) prior to the first occupation of the
development hereby permitted, the balcony on the rear elevation of the dwelling
shall be fitted with a screen 1.80 metres high on the western (side) elevation. The screen shall be permanently fixed and shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass to a degree sufficient to conceal or hide the features of all physical objects from view. The obscured glazed screen shall be retained and maintained in that condition at all times.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity of the neighbouring residents in accordance with Policy DM2 of the Development Management Policies Development Plan Document and Policy CS8.10 of the South Lakeland Core Strategy. |
