The proposed garage would be located within an area of domestic garden which is not within the defined curtilage of the dwellinghouse known as No. 64 Milnthorpe Road. The proposal would not comply with the requirement of Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) and is therefore not considered permitted development.
