The development hereby permitted shall be constructed entirely of materials details of which are shown on 'Proposed Plan & Elevations' Drawing Number: 04 Rev B and detailed within 'Heritage Statement Incorporating Design Statement' 'Rev B - 23/04/2023'. The approved materials shall be retained as such thereafter.
