The development hereby permitted shall be constructed entirely of materials details of which are shown on plan No. L3811/03/A Proposed Elevations, received 01/09/23. The approved materials shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure the development is of a high quality design. |
The extensions hereby approved shall not be first occupied until the swift boxes and tree planting shown on Proposed Elevations L381101G, received 01 September 23 and Proposed Site Plan L3811 03 A, received 01 September 23 have been installed. Thereafter, the approved swift boxes and trees shall be retained for the lifetime of the development, replaced on a like-for-like basis as necessary.
