Following correspondence with the SLDC Arboriculture Specialist on the impact and management of areas of woodland subject to Ash dieback this application is submitted for the felling of Ash trees within the area of woodland, over a 2-3 year period and during the winter months to limit disturbance to flora and fauna, and reflecting the following sequence; 1) Ash trees that represent a risk to a 3rd party and property (where the height/crown would potentially result in a tree falling or being blown over a property. 2) Ash trees that represent a risk to a 3rd party (where the height/crown would potentially result in a tree falling or being blown over a permissible right of way fell or was blown over. 3) Ash trees that represent a risk (where the height/crown would potentially result in a tree falling or being blown over a private access. 4) Ash trees that represent a risk (where the height/crown would potentially result in a tree falling or being blown over a private access.
