Summary
Application Number 2025/0703/TCA
Location Address Land lying to the North-West of Daltongate ULVERSTON LA12 7BE
Proposal Tree 1 - Ash. This tree is suffering from Ash die back and in addition is growing to close to the boundary wall and needs to be removed before it collapses the wall. Tree 2 - Elm. This tree is forcing the wall on Daltongate to collapse. It has already displaced stones within the wall and created a large crack (see photo 2) and runs the risk of imminent wall collapse. Tree 3 - Willow. This tree is growing to close to the Daltongate boundary wall and is leaning heavily towards the road. This tree is also interferering with the telephone cables running along Daltongate. We plan to engage professionals to remove the trees, take down damaged sections of the wall, remove sufficient soil for the wall to be rebuilt. We will replace the removed trees with 3 native fruit trees within the boundary of the garden.
